The Burnaby RCMP says a 54-year-old man has died after the motorcycle he was riding was involved in a crash with an SUV Saturday.
It happened in the area of Grange Street and Chaffey Avenue just before 12:30 p.m. The RCMP says the motorcycle was travelling west when it collided with the SUV, which was turning north.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries several hours later.

Mounties say the 46-year-old driver of the SUV was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
