All Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley public schools closed Thursday

With the Lower Mainland cleaning up after Wednesday’s winter storm, all public school districts in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley have closed for the day Thursday.

Abbotsford

All public schools in the Abbotsford School District are closed Thursday.

Burnaby

All Burnaby public schools are closed Jan. 18.

Chilliwack

All public schools in the Chilliwack School District are closed Thursday.

Coquitlam/Port Coquitlam/Port Moody

All schools in School District 43 are closed Jan. 18.
École des Pionniers is also closed Thursday.

Delta

All Delta public schools are closed Jan. 18.

Langley (township and city)

School District 35 has closed all public schools in Langley Thursday.

Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows

All public schools in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows are closed Jan. 18.

Mission

The Mission School District has closed all public schools for Jan. 18.

New Westminster

All public schools are closed in New Westminster on Thursday.

North Vancouver

All public schools in the North Vancouver School District are closed Thursday.

Richmond

All public schools in the Richmond School District are closed Thursday.

Surrey and White Rock

All Surrey Schools are closed Thursday Jan. 18

Vancouver 

All public schools in the Vancouver School District are closed Thursday.

West Vancouver 

All public West Vancouver schools are closed Jan. 18

• VCC: In-person classes cancelled Thursday.
• KPU: All in-person classes are cancelled Thursday.
• UFV: In-person classes are cancelled Jan. 18.
• Capilano: All in-person classes are cancelled Jan. 18.
• Douglas College: All in-person classes are cancelled Thursday.
• Langara: In-person classes are cancelled Jan. 18.
• Emily Carr University: All in-person classes are cancelled Thursday.
• JIBC: In-person classes cancelled Thursday.
