VPD arrests suspect in 2023 West End murder

Vancouver police say they have arrested a suspect in the murder of a man in the spring of 2023.

Jonathan James Bulloch was stabbed May 27, 2023, after an altercation near Davie and Bute Street in the city’s West End. He was taken to hospital but later died.

Police say they arrested Lloyd Peter Robinson Friday afternoon in Kelowna and have charged him with second-degree murder.

“VPD homicide investigators spent more than eight months gathering and analyzing evidence, which led them to today’s arrest at a house in Kelowna’s Glenmore neighbourhood,” the police said in a news release.

Robinson remains in custody.
