Oak Street Bridge reopens after northbound closure; expect major delays as backup clears

The Oak Street Bridge has reopened northbound after an earlier closure due to an accident, DriveBC says.
There are still heavy delays both ways getting onto the bridge as backup clears.
The Knight Street and Arthur Laing Bridges are also busy both ways.
Drivers should expect major delays.
