Port Mann Bridge eastbound lanes reopen after earlier tipped dump truck

Both eastbound lanes are now open after an earlier tipped-over dump truck blocked lanes going in that direction on the Port Mann Bridge in Coquitlam.

Expect long delays as backup clears.

Corp. Melissa Jongema of the BC Highway Patrol says the driver of dump truck changed lanes suddenly to avoid a collision, but its trailer flipped sideways and on top of a van. She adds there were no serious injuries in the incident.
