Pedestrian critically injured after collision in Surrey

A man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a driver in Surrey Sunday night.

The Surrey Police Service says officers were called to King George Boulevard and 100 Avenue just after 9 p.m.

“The pedestrian, an adult man, was transported to hospital for treatment of critical, potentially life-threatening, injuries,” said SPS in a release Monday.

Police say the driver involved remained on scene, but it’s “unkown what caused the collision between the vehicle and pedestrian.”

Any witnesses or anyone who may have dashcam footage from the time of the incident is asked to call the Surrey Police Service at 604-599-0502 and quote file 2025-11452 (SP).
