‘Serious police incident’ in Langley resolved, says RCMP

Police say a police incident at a home in Langley Saturday afternoon has been resolved safely.

Mounties say the Lower Mainland Integrated Emergency Response Team (IERT) was called in to assist with an investigation at a residence in the area of 208th Street and 71st Avenue.

“The incident has since been safely resolved,” Sgt. Zynal Sharoom said.

“There is no ongoing risk to the public, and all road closures in the area have been lifted.”
