“It is an isolated structure on the property which we believe was lived in, so therefore it is being treated as a residential structure,” said Sgt. Zynal Sharoom.
No injuries have been reported, he says. BC Emergency Health Services says two ambulances were dispatched to the area, but no patients were treated at the scene or taken to hospital.
Township of Langley Asst. Fire Chief Kevin Snowdon tells 1130 NewsRadio the fire happened on the north side of Fraser Highway, but referred all further questions to police.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200 and refer to file 2026-7145.
