Person who went missing on a BC Ferries vessel has been found deceased: RCMP

The Sunshine Coast RCMP says a 51-year-old person who went missing July 2 on a BC Ferries vessel has been found deceased.

“Investigators have determined that criminality is not a factor in
the death,” Mounties said Friday.

“Police would like to thank the public, media, and partner agencies for their assistance and support during the investigation and search efforts, and extend their condolences to the person’s family, friends, and loved ones.”
