No complaints, no charges against rapper who punched fan at show

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Hundreds of people saw rapper Kid Cudi punch a fan during his show at the Commodore Ballroom on Friday night, and video of the incident has now spread all over the Internet. But Vancouver Police say for now the rapper won’t be facing any charges, because they haven’t received any complaints.
VPD say no one has filed a complaint, although Cudi was seen in YouTube footage jumping into the crowd, and reaching over a barricade to punch someone in the crowd. Cudi apparently became angry after someone threw a wallet on stage.
Photos on the gossip website www.TMZ.com show the apparent victim with a red mark under his eye.
