North Vancouver roadwork on Highway 1 slows traffic onto North Shore

Emergency maintenance that had shut down the right lane to westbound traffic along Highway 1 at the north end of the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge is now done and all lanes have reopened.

Heavy backups remain into Burnaby.
