A man has been charged with second degree murder after the killing of a 57-year-old in Surrey on Aug 24., the Lower Mainland’s Integrated Homicide Investigation Team said.
Robb Memory was found dead at his Surrey home on Sunday after Surrey RCMP responded to a suspicious death.
A 42-year-old man was arrested at the scene of the home on 191 Street near 68 Avenue.
Paul Martin, another Surrey resident, was charged with second degree murder and remains in custody, investigators said.
“Robb was a caring and generous person. The family appreciates the hard work and dedication of IHIT,” said Robb’s father, Cecil Memory.
Sergeant Timothy Pierotti of IHIT says anyone affected by this incident is encouraged to contact the Surrey RCMP’s victim services.
