Surrey RCMP seizes weapons after online video shows people dancing with firearms

The Surrey RCMP says it has seized several firearms after a video circulated on social media showing a group of people dancing with weapons.
Police learned of the video on Thursday morning and later in the day, they were able to confirm the address where it may have been filmed.
Around 5:30 p.m., they say they seized several firearms from the property owner.
Mounties are still working to identify the people in the video.
”We understand this incident was extremely alarming to the community at large,” said Supt. Harm Dosange, community services officer for the Surrey RCMP.
“Public safety is our top priority and our officers worked quickly to seize the firearms in question.”
