Vancouver man charged in relation to 2021 Burnaby shooting

A 27-year-old Vancouver man has been charged with one count of second-degree murder after the fatal shooting of Neal Pretap in Burnaby. As Joe Sadowski reports, the charge comes four years after the incident.
