The West Vancouver Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed it is responding to the scene of a vehicle incident on the Lions Gate Bridge Wednesday afternoon.

Police closed a stretch of Williams Road in Richmond Wednesday morning after a crash.

Traffic in the area of Vancouver International Airport (YVR) was heavily congested Friday, as one of the year’s busiest travel days coincided with one of the busiest shopping days.

After a delay, noisy construction and more than $1 billion, the stal̕əw̓asəm or Riverview Bridge, designed to replace the Pattullo Bridge, is officially, partially open to the public.
