Police search for inmate unlawfully at large in the Tri-Cities

Coquitlam RCMP have put out a urgent request to the public in an effort to locate Rabih Alkhalil, an inmate who escaped from the North Fraser Pre-Trial Centre in Port Coquitlam Thursday evening.
