B.C.’s harm reduction programs ‘not effectively implemented’: audit

B.C’s Ministry of Mental health and Addictions didn’t do enough to properly implement harm reduction and safe supply programs according to a government audit. As Kier Junos reports, Auditor General Michael Pickup has put forth seven recommendations.
