International enrolment down at KPU, layoffs on the horizon for staff

Last fall the Canadian government announced changes to the "post-graduate work permit programs." This has led to a decrease number of international students enrolled at B.C. colleges. As Sarah Jones reports, this means layoffs at those schools.
