Burnaby apologizes to Chinese community and repeals discriminatory bylaws

Burnaby Mayor Mike Hurley apologized to Chinese Canadian families during a special Saturday Burnaby City Council meeting that saw councillors unanimously pass a motion to repeal three discriminatory bylaws. Shailee Shah has more.
