Maple Ridge man enters guilty plea in Stanley Cup riot

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Another guilty plea has been entered by a suspected Stanley Cup rioter.

Vancouver Police say a 20-year old Maple Ridge man has pleaded guilty to taking part in the June 2011 smashup.

Meanwhile, police have recommended 19 new charges against seven more accused rioters.

Three of them are underage.
    
So far, only one person has been sentenced for their part in the Stanley Cup Riot.

Ryan Dickinson was given 17 months in jail.
