LADNER, B.C. (NEWS 1130) – A church in Ladner, where two Pride flag were defaced in less than two weeks, is adding some security to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
The Ladner United Church says on their Facebook page they are installing a security camera.
They also received a letter from the Prime Minister’s office with an offer of support and a suggestion to install a flag pole, which would make is more difficult to have flags vandalized.

A second flag was again found with black spray paint on it on June 15.
On the church’s Facebook at the time of the second act of vandalism, they called it “not simple vandalism, but a clear message and intentional criminal act.”
