NEW YORK (AP) _ Tradeweb Markets Inc. (TW) on Thursday reported second-quarter net income of $30.5 million.
The New York-based company said it had earnings of 16 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 30 cents per share.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 30 cents per share.
The electronic marketplaces operator posted revenue of $212.1 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $212.1 million, which topped Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $211.6 million.
Tradeweb shares have risen 18% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 15% in the last 12 months.
