He has been released from custody with conditions, but police expect to recommend charges.
Police don’t believe anyone is at risk and they aren’t looking for other suspects.
New West Police say the person has been released on a number of conditions; say there is no risk to the public. The release we were given still doesn’t have anything re: a cause (fire is still going) but witnesses are being asked to come forward.
