Missing Burnaby man may have been killed, IHIT called in

BURNABY (NEWS 1130) – Homicide investigators have been called in to handle a missing person file in Burnaby that’s been deemed suspicious.

Parminder “Paul” Rai was reported missing by his family on June 9, several days after he was last seen.

“His disappearance is not believed to be random,” IHIT said in a statement.

Rai is described as a South Asian man who is 5’10” and 185 lbs. He drives a 2011 black Honda Accord with B.C. license plate MB232R.
