B.C.’s Ministry of Health says it will not be releasing hospitalizations or deaths until Dec. 29.
The official report will show COVID-19 cases, vaccinations, hospitalizations and deaths, and cases and hospitalizations by vaccination status.
The case count does not include positive rapid-at-home test results.
While many testing sites are at capacity, the province is still asking British Columbians who are fully vaccinated and have mild or no symptoms to self-isolate rather than go for a PCR test.
