Second murder charge laid in stabbing at Vancouver’s CRAB Park

Vancouver Police have made a second arrest in connection with a fatal stabbing in CRAB Park over the weekend.
On Monday, 18-year-old David Bentil was charged with second-degree murder.
The stabbing happened on Saturday at the waterfront park. Police say they were called after reports a man had been assaulted by two others.
According to police, 45-year-old Andrew Wadden was found with life-threatening injuries at around 10:20 a.m. near Main Street and Waterfront Road. He died at the scene.
Eric Kim, 26, had already been charged with charged with second-degree murder on May 8.
Wadden’s death is Vancouver’s fourth homicide of 2022.
