Michael joined CityNews in 2021 and became a full-time member of the 1130 NewsRadio team in March 2022. As the Afternoon Drive reporter, he covers a wide variety of topics. From the decampment of East Hastings and B.C.'s wildfire crisis, to the Canucks' return to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, Michael is passionate about telling the stories that matter to people living in Vancouver and across the province. A 2022 graduate of BCIT's Broadcast and Online Journalism program, Michael enjoys the unpredictability of working in news and relishes the chance to learn something new with each story he tells.
