Teenager stabbed in the head at fast food restaurant: Vancouver police

A teenager is recovering after being stabbed by another teen on Tuesday at Commercial and Broadway.
The Vancouver Police Department (VPD) told CityNews the 16-year-old boy was attacked in an A&W.
“A 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the head and injured,” says Vancouver Police Sgt. Steve Addison. “Our officers responded and we were able to quickly identify a suspect and arrest … another 16-year-old.”
“(The victim) did require hospitalization and does have injuries that I don’t believe are life threatening,” adds Addison.
According to police, the suspect is now charged with aggravated assault.
VPD say the victim and suspect knew each other.
