While Rogers has worked to fully restore its networks and systems after a country-wide outage on Friday, some users are still experiencing intermittent challenges with their services.
Many customers have been posting online saying they’re noticing spotty signal or no service today.

I find there are some large deadspots that had coverage before this happened. There is a large area around Ridge Meadows Hospital in Central Maple Ridge where data doesn't appear to be working, calls are hit and miss.
