Victoria man missing in Spain found dead: police

A Victoria man who went missing earlier this year has been found dead in Spain, according to Victoria police.
Scott Graham, 67, was the subject of a high-risk missing persons alert on Aug. 8, and in a statement from that month police said the family was “deeply concerned” about his disappearance. The August statement was released in both English and Spanish.
Graham was last seen in Madrid on July. 15, VicPD said in a statement on Tuesday.

Police say Graham was suffering from a medical condition that required medication or it could “become life-threatening,” which was outlined in the initial high-risk missing persons alert.
VicPD did not say when or where the body was found.
Police have not released any information surrounding the circumstances of Graham’s death but say it is “believed to be non-suspicious,” adding that Spanish authorities are still investigating.
