Coquitlam RCMP releases photos of grocery store assault suspect

Mounties in Coquitlam are hoping the public can help identify a man suspected of assaulting a woman at a grocery store last month.

RCMP says on Nov. 4, officers were called to the Real Canadian Superstore on Lougheed Highway for an assault that took place sometime between 4:20 p.m. and 4:40 p.m.

Police say the suspect assaulted a woman who “was seen with a small child.”

Mounties have released photos of the suspect with the hopes of someone being able to identify him.

The suspect is described as 25-35 years old, about 6’0 tall with a medium build, and was last seen wearing a grey toque with a fur pompom, a black winter jacket with a large collar, and dark-coloured pants.
