Protest near Aldergrove border clears out

A protest on Highway 13 near the Aldergrove border crossing on Friday morning caused some delays for a couple of hours.
A handful of people holding signs could be seen near the side of the highway near the entryway into the United States.

Callers told CityNews that traffic in the area was being slowed down because of the protest. Those leading south were facing waits of up to 30 minutes at the height of the demonstration.
It is not clear what the protests were for.
