Stolen Pomeranian named ‘Foxy’ reunited with owner: Coquitlam RCMP

Foxy the Pomeranian dog has been found after being taken more than a week ago, Coquitlam RCMP confirmed Friday evening.

Mounties said they received word of Foxy being grabbed from her owner on Aug. 23 around 7 p.m. She was in the area of Burnette Avenue and Bernatchey Street when the incident occurred.

Images of the suspect and Foxy were released to the public on Friday.

The approximately 10-year-old dog has been with her owner since birth, the owner said.

“Foxy is well known and loved within her community,” the RCMP said in a news release.

Coquitlam RCMP thank the public, media and community partners for helping reunite Foxy with her owner.
