A crash in Vancouver sent two pedestrians to the hospital Monday.
Police say the 44-year-old man and 41-year-old woman were hit by the driver of a grey Tesla while the pair was crossing Argyle Drive near Braeburn Street at 5 p.m.
Both people were taken to the hospital. While police say the man has since been released, they note the woman remains in hospital with serious injuries.

“The driver did remain on scene. They are also cooperating with the investigation,” Const. Tania Visintin told CityNews.
The VPD is now asking for anyone who may have seen what happened or who has video of the area to contact investigators.
“This collision occurred during a busy time of day where there would be a lot of pedestrian and vehicle traffic,” said Visintin.

“We have witness information of people that were on scene, but in order to do a thorough and complete investigation, we’d like to canvass for dashcam video or anyone else who hasn’t spoken to police yet. Every file that we do investigate, we have to do a complete and thorough investigation to determine the cause of this collision.”
People with information can contact the VPD’s Collision Investigation Unite at 604-717-3012.
