Two people in hospital after crash on Sea to Sky Saturday

Two people are in the hospital after a crash on the Sea to Sky Highway Saturday afternoon, BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) tells CityNews.
They say it happened around 1:30 p.m. on Highway 99 and Wedge Creek Forest Road near Whistler.
“Two ground ambulances and one air ambulance were dispatched,” BCEHS said.
“Paramedics cared for and transported two patients to hospital.”
According to DriveBC, that stretch of the highway was closed in both directions for a couple hours due to the crash.
The highway has since reopened.
