Spun out semi on Highway 91 in Richmond cleared, long delays still in area

Highway 91 westbound in Richmond is slow Tuesday morning after a semi spun out before the Westminster Highway exit around 6:30 a.m.

The two left lanes were temporarily blocked before the crash was cleared just before 8 a.m.

Highway 91 is now heavy from Delta.

You can take the Massey Tunnel/Highway 99 as an alternate route.
