A suspect is in custody after a stabbing in Surrey’s South Westminster neighbourhood Thursday evening.
The Surrey Police Service was called to the home on 116th Street near 99th Avenue shortly after 8:30 p.m.

“Members attended the scene and located a man suffering from stab wounds and a second man suffering from blunt force trauma injuries,” the SPS said.
“SPS members immediately rendered medical assistance to the injured parties.”
One of the patients was in serious condition, while the other was in stable condition, BC Emergency Health Services says.
Police say the motive is unclear, but the stabbing does not appear to be random.
Images taken Thursday evening show multiple emergency vehicles at the scene.
