Alex Fraser Bridge cleared after 8-car crash

Traffic on the Alex Fraser Bridge was snarled after an eight-car crash Sunday afternoon.

The crash near the north tower brought traffic down to one lane.

As of 6 p.m. Sunday, DriveBC announced that the bridge had cleared.

1130 NewsRadio has reached out to the Delta Police Department and BC Emergency Health Services for more information.

Drivers were advised to use the Massey Tunnel as an alternate route.
