Man shot, killed in East Vancouver SRO: police

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — A man in his 40s has died after being shot inside a single-room-occupancy hotel Tuesday morning, according to the Vancouver Police Depatment.
Officers were called to the London Hotel at East Georgia and Main Street around 5 a.m. Investigators are looking for two suspects, and believe the victim was targeted.
The victim’s name is not being released because police are notifying the next of kin.

This is the 11th homicide in Vancouver this year.
Police remained on the scene Tuesday evening.
