Three women sexually assaulted near Burnaby’s Metrotown

Mounties in Burnaby are looking for at least one suspect after three women were sexually assaulted in the Metrotown area last week.
One woman reported an incident to police after a stranger slapped her rear around 1 p.m. Thursday inside the Superstore at the mall. The man then ran away.
Two more similar incidents reportedly happened the following day at around 9 a.m. The women were also assaulted by a stranger inside businesses in the Metrotown area, though Mounties have not specified which stores they happened at.
Police say they are still trying to determine whether the incidents are linked, however they have released only one suspect description.
The person is described as a white man in his late 20s to early 30s. He was wearing a red V-neck “Canada” shirt with a maple leaf logo, as well as a black hoodie or jacket with grey sleeves and dark stripes down each arm.
