1 taken to hospital after Maple Ridge motor vehicle incident: EHS

One person was taken to the hospital after a motor vehicle incident involving a pedestrian in Maple Ridge on Wednesday evening.
In an email to 1130 NewsRadio, BC Emergency Health Services (EHS) says it was called to 136 Ave. and 232 St. just before 6 p.m.
EHS says one ambulance with primary care paramedics, an advanced care paramedic response unit, and a supervisor were on the scene.
“Paramedics provided emergency medical treatment to one patient who was transported to hospital in serious but stable condition.”
