A multi-car crash on the Alex Fraser Bridge was affecting northbound traffic. The two left lanes were blocked before it was cleared by 7 a.m.

Shortly after that crash cleared, a new two-car crash happened mid-span heading north, blocking the right lane. While that crash cleared just before 8 a.m., Highway 91 was heavy from 64 Avenue.

On Highway 1 eastbound in Coquitlam, a crash had the centre lane blocked just past the Brunette Exit. That crash was cleared just before 7:30 a.m., but traffic was still heavy. Meanwhile, on the Port Mann Bridge, a spun-out vehicle at the east end previously had the HOV lane blocked.

A new crash heading west along Highway 1, just before the Port Mann Bridge, happened just before 8 a.m. That collision was in the right Coquitlam exit lane.

Another spun-out vehicle along Highway 17 westbound in Surrey had traffic backing up from underneath the Port Mann Bridge. That crash cleared just before 7:30 a.m., however, traffic was still heavy in the area.

Meanwhile, a serious collision involving a pedestrian has a major intersection in Delta closed. The Delta Police Department says 84 Avenue and 116 Street is closed in all directions.

In Langley, a multi-vehicle collision along Fraser Highway at 264 Street has traffic blocked in both directions.

In West Vancouver, a driver struck a power pole along Marine Drive near Glen Eagles Drive before 11 a.m.

“A vehicle has struck a hydro pole resulting in the road being closed in both directions and power outages in the area. Closure could last until evening,” the West Vancouver Police Department shared.
