Arguably October’s favourite attraction has been resurrected just in time for the scary season.
Fright Nights at the PNE’s Playland reopened Friday, much to the delight of those seeking a thrill after a COVID-19 hiatus for two years.
New for this year, a “Scaremony” haunted house has popped up, with new spooky-season-themed food available to be eaten.

However, this season will be the last chance to get your screams out in the Hollywood Horrors haunted house, as the annual event has announced the house will be retired after this Halloween season.
An early admission pass has also been introduced this year, and gives access to all seven haunted houses, rides, and scare zones.
Fright Nights is open on select nights through the fall season until Oct. 31.
