On April 18, authorities received reports that a group of people had been shot at multiple times on Alexander Street near Carnarvon Street. One person was hurt and, shortly after, two people were arrested near Royal Columbian Hospital.
Two days after the shooting, police appealed to the public for help in finding an additional suspect.
Police say while the incident appears to have been targeted, it is not connected to the B.C. gang conflict.
