12 Canada geese spotted waddling down Vancouver street, locals help block traffic

A string of at least 12 Canada geese and goslings was spotted waddling down Ash Street at the intersection of Broadway Street Wednesday afternoon.

A few pedestrians were also spotted with their arms spread wide and holding cardboard out so the small creatures could pass through the intersection safely.

One of the smaller goslings seemingly had a small limp and was holding up the group.

It’s unclear where the flock was headed, but the City of Vancouver warns on its website to “give geese and their goslings lots of space to avoid negative encounters.”
