Helicopter crash near Enderby sends 4 to hospital

A helicopter crash-landed into the Shuswap River near Enderby Saturday night, injuring four people.

BC Emergency Health Services tells CityNews all four passengers are in stable condition after the crash close to Mabel Lake.

Seven ambulances responded to the incident, BCEHS says, and all passengers were assessed at the lake before being taken to hospital as a precaution.

BCEHS says the Transportation Safety Board of Canada is looking into the incident.
