Massey Tunnel crash cleared

A crash inside the George Massey Tunnel has been cleared, but it’ll take some time for congestion to ease for north and southbound traffic.

The collision happened in the northbound counterflow lane around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. The only southbound lane was also closed as a result of the incident.

Both have since reopened.

Heavy delays remain for northbound traffic on Highway 99.

You can take the Alex Fraser Bridge as an alternate route. However, that crossing is also seeing delays.
