We have a winner! Congratulations to Kelly Russell of North Vancouver, who called in within five minutes and is now $1,800 richer!

Meteorologist Michael Kuss missed the mark on Tuesday’s Guaranteed High.

“A perfect stranger just heard my name and he looked me up on Facebook and he’s like ‘you have to call, you have 11 minutes!'” she said.

Russell says she plans on using the money for her grandkids’ Christmas presents.

The Escalating Weather Guarantee Jackpot is now back to $1,000. It goes up by $100 each weekday that Michael gets the Guaranteed High right. If he misses by more than 2 degrees Celsius, the jackpot goes up for grabs!
