A power outage was reported at the Peace Arch border crossing, DriveBC posted on X just before 6 p.m. Monday.

The outage was on the U.S. side in Blaine, WA. CityNews did not receive any reports of traffic or border lineup issues on either side of the border.

DriveBC did not provide an update later in the evening, but it appears the problem was temporary.
