Poilievre’s visit to B.C. comes in the wake of polling that shows the Liberal Party holding an edge over the Tories in the province.

In a poll conducted for CityNews by Leger, 48 per cent of decided voters are supporting the Liberals, while the Conservatives are behind at 30 per cent.

The poll also finds that people in Vancouver believe Liberal Leader Mark Carney is the best leader to manage U.S.-Canada relations.

The federal election is on April 28.
